Acceptance of terms
By using this site or engaging Premices Travel's services, you accept these terms, along with our disclaimer, privacy policy, and refund policy.
Nature of services
Premices Travel offers support services for studying abroad and immigration (enrollment, visa file preparation, interview prep), as well as travel services (flights, hotels, student housing). These services are advisory and intermediary in nature; they do not replace the decisions of the relevant authorities.
User accounts
To submit a support request or make a booking, you must create an account with accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Payments and pricing
Pricing for our services is communicated before any payment. Some services run on a deposit basis, others on full payment at time of booking (flights, hotels). See our refund policy for applicable terms.
Client obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and not to submit any falsified documents. Premices Travel reserves the right to suspend support in cases of proven fraud.
Limitation of liability
Premices Travel cannot be held liable for decisions made by consulates, embassies, schools, airlines, or landlords, nor for the consequences of a visa refusal, delay, or cancellation by a third party.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington (USA), without prejudice to any mandatory rights applicable in your country of residence.
